What is toxic about critique? There will always be extremes, but people critiquing or even complaining about issues with their hobby, to the people who are responsible for that hobby, aren't being toxic.

Critique usually means two people having a mostly civilized conversation to fix something. The forums are sure as hell aren't that. Some people here were spoiling Endgame just because of the Luna/NF nerf. That ain't critique, it's childish :(

Nonsense. You are conflating the "childish" posts with the general state of the forums, which, while filled with frustration, is usually pretty tame. People posting spoilers is childish, but there is very little about these forums that is "toxic".
