You don't need 700 Power Level, Bungie needs.
It's their way to extend playtime, otherwise, considering the low effort, recycled, uninspiring content of this annual pass... you get the picture.

Oh Bungie is about to find out life as a developer on their own is hell in 2019 . they now have to build out a publishing arm of the studio . that will cost money . oh and one more thing Bungie has no one to blame now . their -blam!- up with the destiny franchise is now on them

You're sorely mistaken. They do care, that's why the game is heavily rigged to make players spend as much time as possible playing it, to the point of being full of little chore activities that only exist to extend playtime.
