Why do I need 700? Black Armory had Bergusia forge and the raid that required max 650. Joker’s Wild doesn’t give any incentive to progress the Light cap. Why raise the cap if there is no reason to do it. Even if there WAS an incentive, I don’t think people want to grind old milestones that have been the same milestones since Forsaken dropped back in September. I know I don’t.

3 RespuestasIn order to do Tier 3 of the Reckoning, which is need to have a full set of +3 set bonus of whatever Gambit Prime armor set you wanna run. That simple, honestly.

3 RespuestasEditado por CookieNiki: 3/11/2019 8:05:23 PMYou don't need 700 Power Level, Bungie needs. It's their way to extend playtime, otherwise, considering the low effort, recycled, uninspiring content of this annual pass... you get the picture.

700 has you prepared with your best possible gear, not stuff you're not comfortable with when you start the next DLC, allows you to do current DLC end game content, and depending on older end game DLC content it may make things easier. In this case it makes that final two phases of Scourge along with Bergusia easier as they're 650. Also it allows you to compete in Iron Banner and when and if Trials comes back with power advantages you'll be well caught up for that and prepared. Increasing power is fine and should continue, but I do agree some more incentive would be nice and more content for the grind would be nice. Even if said content was additions/mix ups to old content like in the April Update or Age of Triumph.

8 RespuestasTha's not how these games work...and this games progression system has been so bad for so long that most people don't realize this: In most games, leveling up is FUN...its not PAINFUL (#MeaningfulChoice). In most of these games you happily play the game.....you get loot....and power and progression is just a natural result of playing the game. The problem is that Bungie is so determined to keep us grinding by any means necessary.....and to control every aspect of the player experience....that they've completely lost sight of the fact that this is supposed to be FUN. ..and its NOT fun right now. Being forced fed the entire game every week isn't fun. Being forced to play parts of the game we don't like, because they are the only progression opportunities isn't fun. Being forced to play with whatever drops and having no real choice of what gear to equip because the game denies us the resources to do this....isn't fun. So naturally people----as a result of all this pain and frustration---are asking what's the point. And that's BAD question for your players to be asking of a loot-game. Very bad.

They also have a great chance to drop exotics, so I found them still worth doing.

Honestly they should make an unlimited level cap it would make it a lot better so they could just focus on new content instead of oh new level cap

1 RespuestaThe only reason, is Reckoning! But noone, except some streamers and youtubers, really care for this mode so far. They also dont care to do old stuff, over and over. So Bungie thinks, this is the way to go. If streamers are happy, Bungie is too... I just dont get why the Reckoning cant drop high level gear. There's really no point in doing it right now. Just wait a few weeks and the ndo Tier3. Tier1 and 2 gear looks the same anyway.

Tier 3 reckoning is gonna be 690, so I would want to be 700 (or close to it) before going in there
