Masterworking your oven shouldn't lock off your oven on your other characters. I went by the list on my Titan and went back with my Hunter to make them only to be completely locked out. I feel this is where we're getting slighted.

Master working doesn’t lock it off. Finding all the recipes locks it off. You don’t need to masterwork it for it get locked, you automatically lose the option to add ingredients once you bake the last recipe.
