wow sleeper simulate has a giant -blam!-ing hit box so what does that 57 turn into

I mean, you do know the hitboxes on a character model dont change in size depending on what guns being used, right? 😂
-
Bro just stop, have you even used it???? I clearly miss my enemy and still get a kill. Same goes for when I dodge a shot I still get killed. It's stupid, keep it 1h kill but fix the damn hit detection on the thing

I've had it since early warmind. Its Hitscan right? Lemme tell you a thing about FPS game design. In FPS games, there are 2 ways of modelling guns. 1. Projectile Weapons - these produce an actual, tangible projectile in-game. The game gives it its physics, flight path and velocity. If it touches a character models hitbox on its travels, that registers as a hit. Rocket Launchers and Grenade Launchers are a prime example of this in Destiny, and you'll notice you can juke those after they are fired. 2. Hitscan - Hitscan guns do not produce an actual tangible projectile. Instead, the game literally checks to see if the guns reticle was aimed at a character models hitbox when the shot is fired. If it is, its a hit. If not, its a miss. There is no in between. If a hit is registered, the shot was on target. Its as simple as that. Now, the other thing you have to bear in mind when playing online FPS games is that what you see on your screen isnt always 100% accurate. If someone lags momentarily, their character model can desync from their hitbox, causing you to score a hit from a shot you thought you'd whiffed. The laser can also be innaccurate as if Sleeper is Hitscan, then its just graphical fluff and wont always display accurately. The brute fact is that if Sleeper is indeed Hitscan, then when you score a hit with it the shot was on target. Its aim assist value of 57/100 is hardly an overpowering value either. You can spew all you want about what you think, but facts and figures override your opinion. Simple as that.
