Yesterday I dismanteled a Sturm that was sitting in the vault for a while. Maybe half an hour later I got its catalyst from a random doing patrols. 10 minutes later another player found it too.
How bizzare.

It's catalyst is from doing activities on Nessus. It's one of the easiest ones to get.
