Looks like a Glassdoor review.
Have you never written a Glassdoor review from any job you've left, or read the reviews before accepting a job? It's a great tool to give and get the scoop on a workplace's flaws that you won't otherwise see in an interview with a manager that could be overselling the company or just isn't tuned in to the "real" culture.
Yes, like everything you read on the internet, you should take reviews with a grain of salt. But that doesn't also mean that reviews should be considered suspect and ignored. People change jobs. It's not a surprise.

Editado por ScotchEggsRules: 11/27/2017 8:49:48 PMI would take any ex-employee comment with a pinch of salt. Purely because they're an ex-employee. This in itself does not absolve a company of any alleged faults, but to attach any importance to their words is risky. As for the description of Bungie, that could be one of a million companies. I've worked for almost every major bank (currently at BAML) over the last 20 years, that description could have been about all of them.

So the company I work at does a lot of crap and the people I work with are pretty much a bunch of mindless idiots. But it would somehow be different if I was working at the company compared to if I quit? If they left the company they probably either got tired of dealing with the crap and/or got a better job. Doesn't mean what they say is anymore or less true because they're not working there anymore.
-
Yes it would be much different, as many people tend to bad mouth their old companies...

I bad mouth the one I work at now. Plus you figure there may have been some written agreement where they weren't allowed to say anything whole working with the company. Hell a lot of companies have something like that which makes people fear loosing their job.

Pros: "Vending machine once returned my money and gave me a Snickers bar anyway". Cons: "I'm pretty sure Rita from HR keeps stealing my sandwiches."

I didn't expect anything. Did you?
