How about a Trials mode where everyone gets put into a blind draw and teammates are chosen randomly? That would put an end to carries and split the super sweaty teams up. You could have four divisions or grades and each team would get one player from group A,B,C, and D. Basically matches would at least be somewhat fair.

And when you get bad team mates.. what then?

If you are in the top group, you may feel you have bad teammates. If the groups are ranked by performance, it every team should basically have the same skill level.

yea I agree with this type of thing... I almost wish they'd do the same thing with Basketball to stop super teams... Like have a limit on how many players from each "talent bracket" or whatever a team can have.
