But those are all once per week in terms of rewards. I think op wants something with rewards on par with ib.

"But those are all once per week in terms of rewards." Which is exactly why IMO PvE doesn't need an Iron Banner equivalent. PvP has only one weekly activity that allows players to earn rewards at end game level (Trials of Osiris) and its only available for half the week.

Op asked for monthly, so in that regard I kind of agree. Either way o have no problem with the setup now, I've ran a bunch of ib this week.

It doesn't matter if he asked for a monthly event to me, PvE already has more activities dedicated to it than PvP. PvP having Iron Banner doesn't mean PvE needs an Iron Banner equivalent.
