Kind of a double edged sword. Control, you get people not playing the objective or capping everything in sight. Clash, you get a giant mexican standoff and whoever loses patience first loses... I missed rift but I would think it might be okay since those people that don't play objectives can still rack up points and clear the spark area for those who are playing the objective. Obviously there's still gonna be issues, I just don't think there's a simple solution other than playing in a fireteam.
