Too many people just don't know (or care) how to play control. Most people just run around shooting each other, ignoring the objectives and making any kind of strategic approach pointless. Just make it Clash and be done with it.

1 RespuestaYou can still end up on terrible teams in Clash. It happens.
-
It's the players problem not the game mode.
-
1 RespuestaI don't really mind any of the game modes. Control is fine. But I agree that sometimes it is not played well. In my experience, once your team gets a good rhythm of pivoting between two objectives, your team will dominate. If your team is spawning in, not grouping and going after objectives or heavy ammo chests piecemeal, then it's a long, slow slide to oblivion. Unfortunately even good players do this. Probably because they are getting anxious to change the momentum. I think it's more a question of people charging in to push the enemy instead of waiting for one or two of their own team to help that causes most of the problems. My two cents ...

Editado por SYN DRAG0N: 7/21/2016 7:05:41 PMOur just maybe try helping your team? I'm just a lowly average pvper and I got 7 games in a row last night in first place with 20+ kills and 6-8 caps. My advantage? Full team dude! Then you can yell at them for not capping and also coordinate caps. Edit: changed an autocorrect :/

Let ppl play however they want, if u don't like it,get ur own fireteam. simple as that! Meanwhile shut up and clean ur room and take a shower like ur mother told u yesterday u filthy scrub
-
2 RespuestasYou, and everyone else complaining, fail to realize the game mode isn't the issue. It's who you're playing with.
-
I prefer control over clash. In clash everyone just tends to go to the same area of the map. Like in black shield everyone goes to the middle room. It's really annoying.
-
Editado por Cloud LDN: 7/21/2016 6:55:24 PMWhen it's control, people play likes it's clash. When it's clash, people don't know how to shoot.
You can't win.
They make it clash and players complain about the camping snipers. They make it control no one captures the zones and play like it's clash. They make it rift and no one runs the spark or protect the spark runner. We need a killed confirmed game mode where you kill a gaurdian and collect their ghost to keep movement on the map. Implement this in clash game mode. The game is meant to be played with fireteams and it can get frustrating but it can be fun.
-
Not really; if the person running around killing is on a bad team with one flag the whole match and gets 20 kills, that's only 2000 points worth. Whereas if the guy on the good team playing the objective averaging two flag caps for the majority of the game gets 10 kills, he also has 2000 points worth. If people want that top overall score bounty, they will learn to play the game properly. I agree though that 6-man fireteams can dominate really easily, with 3-4 people capping flags and 2 slayers whoring all the points but that's just life.

Control is the only good way to play IB.
-
Control is better. People do do the objective. You just got unlucky to et the dumb ones
-
4 RespuestasI don't mind control. Personally, every Zone Control match I've played turned out to be a huge camp fest. At least in control you need both captures and kills to win. Some people get it. But making the match zone control might not necessarily make it any better lol
-
2 RespuestasBungie's version of control really is just slightly different version of clash tbh, I mean you barely get any points for captures and its more than possible for the team with only one control point to win the game, because most points are from KILLS. Zone control would be a good change up for IB
-
Clash is far easier to play solo. Fireteams dominate control far to easy.
-
It can be incredibly frustrating being solo in a team that don't bother capturing or holding any points! The trouble isn't with what game type Iron Banner uses, it's the bounties that go with it!! Bounties for weapon kills, heavy kills and kill streaks etc don't go with objective based games!
-
So the real problem isnt control, but actually playing with randoms. I do agree its frustrating cuz you never know what zone they are going to, who is around, thats why its best to play with a group cuz playing solo for so long i couldnt handle it.
-
I prefer objective based gamemodes over kill based any day. I think the most I've capped is 8 whilst the rest of my team gets 0-3 caps. Huh.
-
3 RespuestasKind of a double edged sword. Control, you get people not playing the objective or capping everything in sight. Clash, you get a giant mexican standoff and whoever loses patience first loses... I missed rift but I would think it might be okay since those people that don't play objectives can still rack up points and clear the spark area for those who are playing the objective. Obviously there's still gonna be issues, I just don't think there's a simple solution other than playing in a fireteam.
-
Not another one of these posts. Take guns out of control then and let's all just cap points. Just play the game and get your loot and stop crying dude. Lag is a bigger issue than wee billy mc -blam!-face not capping the points.
-
4 RespuestasIt should never be clash. All anybody does in clash is hide and camp to keep their kd artificially high. It should always be an objective game type. It started with control and they should stick with control.
-
I'd much rather have it be control than rift.
-
It's wierd because when it's clash people camp an area and don't let you anywhere near them. Which is exactly what you should do in control. People are strange
-
it should be Zone Control, force players to learn the objective
-
Yeah I think the only reason I've been doing well so far is because I've been running with a group.
-
Don't understand why they don't have a mixed playlist
