I have a clan that I run with and then when I've finished up my raids I look to join others who are brand new etc which maybe why I haven't come across it until the other week. It's no different than various people doing different things at Golgoroth etc. I didn't have a personal problem with the guy who joined but just didn't realise this technique was so wide spread. Fair dues to those who use it! My team weren't upset that I didn't do this technique as we'd never used it before anyway. I suppose it's all to do with juggling risks based on past experiences.

  • Oh understandable if you have a set raid group, I normally lfg my raids and like you said it's a common practice with randoms. But I guess if you have a core group and people aren't consistently dying to shade then you'd never have to do that. Which is nice cause usually there's always that 1 guy who can't dodge shade.
