You're still an idiot. Atheism, as well as all religions are complete jokes. You cannot be sure your god exists. It's impossible. Therefore, religion is a laugh. You, in turn, cannot be certain god doesn't exist. Therefore, atheism is a laugh as well. Being Agnostic is the only modest preference. You don't know whether god exists or not, and you don't care. The existence of God isn't important to me. He exists? That's cool. I'm not gonna change my lifestyle upon this discovery though. He doesn't exist? Cool. I'm not gonna lose sleep over what happens when I die without the existence of heaven or hell. Religion is a complete waste. It's the hindrance on the advancement of our world as a whole, and until it's looked past, we'll always have those chains holding us back.

Sorry but you are incorrect. When we see legions of militant atheists attacking any religion and being united in their faith in atheism, we'll call it a religion. That is what dictates a religion and what people need to understand is that there's a difference between religion and faith. Faith in a god is often what makes people religious, however, it more directly makes them theists. If you do not have faith in a god, you are [b]not[/b] a [b]theist[/b]. The only criteria that makes someone an [b]a[/b]theist is not having that faith or belief. You are not agnostic. You are atheist. I suppose you could argue that you're an agnostic atheist, but that is just somewhat redundant and unnecessary.

Whether I choose to act on this is up to me now, however, I know I will not. The existence of God has no impact on my life. Knowing if he exists or not will never change the way I live. I simply don't care. So no, I'm not an atheist. Atheists will argue for days proof against God. I have no reason to argue, because both sides of the argument are equally vague. Forums of atheism are religions, such as the church of the flying spaghetti monster, but atheism itself isn't a religion, it is a belief. it does not follow a bible, have a set of rules, it does not have weekly mass.

Belief and religion are separate things, religion is a group of people that center along the same idealogical consensus and are supposed to follow a set of guidlines (aka bible, quaran, watchtower, ect...) athiest do not follow a set of rules other than their own and do not have a congregation with meetings. And you can believe or not believe in god and still be without religion either way.
