IMO Vision is better for oracles. Mag size on the fatebringer make it a less than ideal choice, but as many have stated, there are better options than using a primary. Best things is to use either Super Good Advise or Corrective Measures. Both will literally tear through the oracles. SGA counts oracle hits as mob misses, thus automatically returning almost all bullets to the chamber, which equals no reload during your teleport. Corrective Measures has bonus oracle damage as well as a mag size of 100, which should be more than enough to negate the need for a reload during the teleport. I prefer the feel of CM better, but sometimes you have to reload between teleports, which can be difficult to manage sometimes if you're trying to focus your dps on Atheon.
