Vision or Fatebringer for Atheon?
What do you guys think is better for oracles during Atheon? Fate or Vision?
Edit: Thanks for all the insightful replies gaurdians. Just wanted to see if Fate was any good during Atheon. Guess not sadly.

Honestly, any VoG weapon is good for oracles when others do not have VoG weapons.

Mag size on the fatebringer make it a less than ideal choice, but as many have stated, there are better options than using a primary. Best things is to use either Super Good Advise or Corrective Measures. Both will literally tear through the oracles. SGA counts oracle hits as mob misses, thus automatically returning almost all bullets to the chamber, which equals no reload during your teleport. Corrective Measures has bonus oracle damage as well as a mag size of 100, which should be more than enough to negate the need for a reload during the teleport. I prefer the feel of CM better, but sometimes you have to reload between teleports, which can be difficult to manage sometimes if you're trying to focus your dps on Atheon. Either way, my loadout for Atheon is usually Fatebringer Black hammer Corrective measures Fatebringer is used exclusively for the vex mobs Black hammer is the current dps king on Atheon Corrective measures because.....100 bullets

1 RespuestaVison of Confluence Black Hammer Super Good Advice SGA works fantastic for them. No reload! Also does ok damage on Atheon if you are short on BH bullets.

Definitely vision because of the field scout. 27 rounds are very helpful

Only problem is lack of critical spots on oracles. Lose a lot of time on fatebringer re loads.

You can never go wrong with a Atheon's Epilogue and Vision of Confluence partnership. That makes oracles die as they spawn.

Honestly the epilogue is my go to, plus you can break the minotaur's shield for the relic bearer of they need it

If your lucky enough not to get teleported fatebringer kills harpies faster but since it's random Voc can deal with oracles and decently against harpies.

2 RespuestasUuhh... Fatebringer. Duh. Fatebringer with explosive rounds devastates Oracles, while Vision runs out of ammo after two of them. With double Fatebringer, that's two shots per person per Oracle, with (I think) seven Oracles. You do the math. For Atheon, I'd suggest actually using a sniper. Any sniper will do. Fatebringer = Oracles, Vision = Bosses.

Btw i hate doing atheon with a bunch of idiots using primaries for oracles. 2 ppl trying 2 use voc or fatebringer struggle. If 1 uses a fusion/lmg then its a different story. Hell...i used to use the solar murmur from eris.... 2 ppl using that was job done easy.

Vision. Lots of ammo, fast firing and accurate for oracles. Any good sniper works for atheon.
