Remembering which class/subclass I'm using...
I've lost count of how many times I've run at a group of enemies (pvp or pve) and tried to nova bomb them...then radiance kicks in or I drop a Titan bubble...
I just sit down and accept the shotgun to the face that I deserve...

I often fist of havoc in PvE when I think I'm popping a bubble

Your not alone brother. I think we've all thought we were about to go badass or save the day, only to throw the wrong super. Usually ends with the opposite effect, death.
