I think that combo rolls only on the duality GL but as soon as I swap to the other grenade perk on the weapon, it stun overloads as normal with slow effects. Disorienting grenades seems to nullify the slow effects(despite the animation showing the slow) for overload stuns AND any stasis effect that rely on hitting/killing slowed combatants.
