Collective Obligation Catalyst
Can we get repulsor brace as the catalyst for collective obligation? It would synergies perfectly with the exotic as it is all about void debuffs and reloading itself with void buffs.

They buffed it this season, but it can use a Catalist. Now you have to build around it to make it work good.
