I didn't get the coldheart exotic
I didn't get my cold heart exotic auto rifle after completing the campaign and being level 20, i got the pre order sword and all the other things , except the exotic auto rifle, can i get it please bungie?

Hay bungie I didn't get any extra stuff I was supposed to get with my pre-order. And there is no email or phone number to contact you this is messed up. Definitely going to go on social media about this. To many people are having this problem.

I preordered the digital PS4 with expansion. I beat the game with 2 characters at level 20 and never got my cold heart rifle. It’s not at banshee, in my collection, or at postmaster. Please fix!

I have the coldheart in my inventory but it doesn't let me equip it and just says "requires preorder exclusive" even though I put in my code and got my ghost and everything?

I know the same happened to me, i went halves to get the Cold heart and it is even installed on the game but im 305 on all characters and put sweat into it and just don't have it. Please Fix this bungie i put my money in for this and i don't have it while my friend got his. Just Unfair :/ Please Bungie help me

Same. I've beat the campaign with all three character classes, reaching level 20 with each, light level around 280 with all, and have visited the Gunsmith multiple times and haven't received Coldheart. It's lame because that's the whole reason I preordered the digital deluxe edition. After seeing others use it in game and witnessing how good it is, it makes it even worse. PLEASE FIX BUNGIE!!!
