Wanna know about the guide?

Thought I'd give an overview and post my guiding ideas in bullet points here. (please forgive the puns. I can't help myself!) My idea for the Destiny Traveler's Guide (link above) is to create a spoiler-free, community-supported, travel-brochure style of guide that enables you, the players, to effectively approach in-game content for yourselves instead of giving you step-by-step, how-to info. This guide is NOT intended to be a walk-through, but there WILL BE plenty of info (and hopefully pictures) on: enemies, tactics, geography, loot, things-to-do, recommended character level, etc... *Not just information! I've seen too many spoiler-free guides and walk-throughs that are bland and read like an encyclopedia. I want this guide to have insightful, well written segments about the above topics. *Travel guide In keeping with what Bungie wants for the game, I want to create and facilitate content that gets readers of the guide excited about going to the areas the're researching, even if they've already been there! I think that something akin to a travel-guide will help with this. (thus the name) *Accessible Having well written material doesn't help if players don't get to it, but I don't feel that good content and accessibility have to be exclusive from each other. I'll do my best to make sure it's easy to find what you're looking for. *Community-supported The guide is hosted on a Wordpress website which enables multiple authors. This means that I don't have to do it all alone! Yay!!! I'll be creating another post specifically for ways to help out. Look for it soon! Ambitious? Maybe... but that's why it's awesome. Let's make it happen!
