Welcome!

Hey there! This is where I tell you about Guardian Recon, where we came from and what we want to achieve. Inspired by Destiny, Guardian Radio, and the amazing Destiny community I wanted to create a spoiler-free guide (the Travelers Guide) for Destiny that informed players about the different areas of Destiny got people excited about going to those places (even if they've already been there!). After posting a few topics about the guide and getting some positive feedback, the idea came up to create a group for exploring the world of Destiny and helping create a useful reference for all who want access to it. Naturally I got excited about the idea and a couple of weeks later Guardian Recon was born. Don't be discouraged if you're not interested in helping with the Guide or exploring with us though! The more I thought about it, the more I realized that I wanted even more out of this place. I realized that I wanted this to be somewhere that community could come together on B.net to get support and feedback about their Ideas, just like the kind I got for the Travelers Guide. It is my sincere dream that all kinds of fun/creative/useful community content and ideas branch out from this meeting place. I only ask that you be respectful to your fellow Guardians, ideas can be very personal and fragile things. The forums are also open to general discussion about Destiny. I want this place to feel as inclusive as possible, and what's a community without some general light-hearted discussion?
