We are the harbingers of excruciating pain. If you are weak, you must die." [/i] Each [i]House[/i] is ran by a [b]Lord[/b]. Each [b]Lord[/b] competes for [i]overall control[/i] of the Clan and the coveted rank of [b]Wraith[/b]. Should that Lord become Wraith, his/her House will remain in power for a [b]1-month[/b] term with a [i]maximum[/i] of [b]two consecutive terms.[/b] The cooldown period after a served term and loss of power to another Lord will be [b]one term[/b] under the new authority. The [b]Lords[/b] will compete for clan control and rank of [i][b]Wraith[/b][/i] with their [b]Spectres[/b] and [b]Phantoms[/b] in a [i]Best of Three[/i] in [b]Custom Games[/b] via [b][u]Private Match[/u][/b] on [b][u]The Week of Reckoning[/u][/b] (six-day tournament). The [b][i]Wraith[/i][/b] will remain Lord of his/her House during and after the fight for control of the clan. [u]Ranking Structure[/u]: [b]Wraith[/b] (Sovereign of entire Clan) [b]Lord[/b] (Commander of House) [b]Spectre[/b] (Second-in-Command [i][hand-selected by Lord][/i]) [b]Phantom[/b] (Third-in-Command [i][promoted on Tribute Day][/i]) [b]Shade[/b] (leads new members and recruits [i][promoted after ten days][/i]) [b]Apparitions [/b](new members and recruits) The [b]Founder[/b] of Ghost Lord Alliance is [b]GHOSTxOFxMERCY[/b]. The [i]Co-Founder[/i] of Ghost Lord Alliance is [i]GHOSTxOFxCHAOS[/i]. Each of our members are encouraged to have a [b]GAMERTAG[/b] beginning with the [i]GHOSTxOFx[/i]-prefix. For example: [b]GHOSTxOFxWILL, GHOSTxOFxDEATH, GHOSTxOFxBLAME, etc.[/b] The rank of [b]Spectre[/b] [i]cannot be obtained[/i] without this prefix. [i]Funds are available[/i] through [b]Lords[/b] if deemed worthy for promotion to [b]Spectre[/b]. [i]Each Clan member must fall under a House, whether by recruitment, enlistment, or on Tribute Day.[/i] -The [b]Lord[/b] that recruits the new member will retain him/her in their respective House. -Enlistees ([i]those who request to join outside of the recruitment efforts[/i]) will have an option of choosing which House they will fight for. -On [b][u]Tribute Day[/u][/b] (at the end of each month, last day of the [i]Week of Reckoning[/i]), the [b]Lords[/b] of the Houses will challenge each other for selection order through a [i]Best of Three[/i] in [i][b]Custom Games[/b][/i] via [b][u]Private Match[/u][/b], where the Lord in first place (highest accumulated score at the conclusion) chooses first and so forth. The House members will all compete in [i]three consecutive[/i] [i][b]Custom Matches[/b][/i] with at least one [b]Lord[/b]. The [b]Lord[/b] is not present to participate in the scoring process, but is there to record and verify the scores of the members at the conclusion of each match. The House member with the highest score will be considered a [b]Prime Tribute[/b] and will have first choice for deciding to stay a member in their current House or selecting a new House to join. The runner up will be known as [b]Sub-prime Tribute[/b] and will have second choice. Lastly, [b]Honorable Tribute[/b] will have third choice. In addition, [i]Prime, Sub-prime,[/i] and [i]Honorable Tributes[/i] will be promoted to [b]Phantom[/b]. Promotion to [b]Spectre[/b] is handed down directly from a Clan member's [b]Lord[/b] of the [i]House to which they belong[/i]. Considerations for becoming the [i]Second-in-Command[/i] of a House is at the complete discretion of the House's [b]Lord[/b]. A House member with the rank of [b]Spectre[/b] may challenge their [b]Lord[/b] to a [b][i]Quietus[/i][/b] for his/her control of the House. A [b]Quietus[/b] is a [i]Best of Three[/i] between a [b]Spectre[/b] and his/her [b]Lord[/b] in the match type(s) of the [u][b]Lord's[/b] choosing[/u]. Before a [b]Spectre[/b] may issue a [b][i]Quietus[/i][/b] to a [b]Lord[/b], the [b]Spectre[/b] must first meet the following requirements: -[b]TIC[/b] (Time in Clan) of [u]five weeks[/u] -[b]TIR[/b] (Time in Rank) of [u]three weeks[/u] -[b]GDA[/b] (Gameplay Daily Average) of [u]two hours[/u]* *[i]GDA is the calculated within the TIC[/i]* If the [b]Spectre[/b] is [i]Eligible[/i], a [b]Quietus[/b] can only be issued during [b][u]The Week of Reckoning[/u][/b] (last week of the month). Should the [b]Spectre[/b] obtain the rank of [b]Lord[/b], the former [b]Lord[/b] will be [u]demoted[/u] to [i]nothing below [b]Spectre[/b][/i] and will remain in the rank of [b]Spectre[/b] [i]for at least three weeks[/i] before issuing a [b]Quietus[/b] to the new [b]Lord[/b]. Should the [b]Spectre[/b] [u]fail[/u] at his/her attempt at regaining control of their House, the new [b]Lord[/b] has the right and authority to [u]demote[/u] the [b][i]Spectre[/i][/b] to [b][i]Phantom[/i][/b]. The [b]Lord[/b] then has [i][b]72 hours[/b][/i] to appoint a new [b]Spectre[/b], or the former [b]Spectre[/b] will regain his/her rank. [i]**Tribute Day is the last Friday of the month and falls within the Week of Reckoning.**[/i] [i]**Week of Reckoning runs from Monday through Friday of the last week of the month, again with Friday being Tribute Day. This four-day window prior to Tribute Day is where ELIGIBLE Spectres would issue a Quietus against their respective Lord. All disputes must be settled before 5:00 PM EASTERN TIME in preparation for Tribute Day.**[/i] [i]**If any member in a position of authority within Ghost Lord Alliance (Wraith, Lord, and Spectre) remains inactive for longer than 15 days, on the 16th day the next in order of command shall assume the role of authority. Exceptions to this rule will be made based on an individuals circumstances, and must be approved by the two other Lords within the Clan. Should the Founder and Co-Founder declare RAMPANCY on the clan, all positions of authority will be restored to their original holders at the founding time of Ghost Lord Alliance. Reasons for declaring RAMPANCY may include, but not limited to: (1) restructuring of the Clan and its rules, (2) an abundance of members, (3) a failure of members to accept/agree with protocols, etc.**[/i]
