Titan question

can someone help me explain the defender Titan subclass. The super is a Ward of Dawn as stated below. I'm a bit confused because this says 'indestructible shield' but the upgrade to says everyone inside gains damage resistance. So basically the shield is indestructible meaning it can't be removed by any means but it doesn't mean that nothing harmful can pass through it, so you can still get shot and in many cases while inside the shield? ward of dawn Shape Void Light into an indestructible shield to protest you and your allies from harm Armor of light While inside War of Dawn you and your allies gain significant damage resistance.

The Ward of Dawn is indestructible, but I see it being like Halo's drop shield. It can't be shot through, but the enemy can enter it and fight you inside. I think by doing so... they might be in a world of pain lol. It is a defense move. If you are the only one alive, don't use it. It is for team mates to capture points, protect you from vehicles and turrets, and block that annoying warlock or hunter trying to super you from a distance. Maybe even a Titan Striker will have a hard time breaching into one.

    • Thats a very good point. I thought i saw this explained somewhere on IGN with their explanation of the classes. I could be way off base too. I shall research as well.
