Being and becoming a FS admin

So you want to be come an Admin of one of the Fading Spirits clans? Well first thing, we need to be sure you know what all comes with this Admin title. The video linked into this thread will tell you a little about what it is to be a admin, and mainly what you are set to do as a admin. Along side welcoming you to the pack all the same. As an admin, you are given a list of things you must uphold to have and keep this title. Most of the time it's also things you must do to earn the same. For starters, you must be active and dedicated to the clan(s). Yes we have more then one clan, and keep in mind no clan we have will have the same admin in it(other then the given founder). If you are a admin of one clan, you are a admin of ALL clans, even if you don't show on the list on a clan, but you are on another. All admins are admins of ALL the FS clans, simple as that. The clan you get homed in as being listed on the Admin list, is the main clan you need to be working with mostly. BUT, be sure to also help keep an eye on all the other clans as well. The only FS clan(as of right now) that will have a tone of admins, is the main clan Wolf Pack FSWP the home and main clan of FS is set so every 100 members in the group we get 1 new admin on that clan. The other side clans may work differently, you just never know(will figure more as they grow all the same.) So you can bet there are more Admins in the clan then what you see listed on the side. To not only gain the title, but to also keep it. You must be active within the clan. This means the Site(here) in the chat with the members, on the platform you have. Be active in chat, help other members when and where you can as often as possible. Keep in mind, just because you are a Admin, does NOT mean you get rights that the others don't get. No spamming, and no drama. On that topic as well. IF you see somebody making a problem that others don't like, or they are spamming. You are to handle this. Do NOT wait on me to get on, as we don't know when i'll be on. If you are not a admin in that given clan, get ahold of somebody who is and have them take care of that problem. You are to give a warning, if they don't listen then you are to ban them from the clan. And moderate any spam out from the clan. What about the drama you ask? Leave that drama post up. This will show that what they did/said is what led to them being removed from the group. Once you've removed them, just post in chat saying something as simple as they have been removed. Same for spam when you remove them and/or the post(s). So, know that you know what it is that comes with being a Admin in the FS clans, you are sure you still want to become a admin.
