  • Mission Statement

Hey Everyone. Our Clan goal is simple, be the first ones to defeat the raid, Vault of Glass! Our primary goal will be PvE aka VoG of course. That's something we will be focused on throughout destiny. After we defeat the Vault of Glass, we can keep farming it to get all kinds of new and power items from it. We will defeat anything in our way. Yes we can do PvP but wouldn't you want to do PvE and VoG first to be over powered when they have Iron banner? We will be unstoppable. We will be recognized by Bungie of our efforts and our accomplishment in being the First to defeat that dirty old raid !

So, tell us a bit about yourself.

Me, I'm pretty boring. I grew up on a ranch, rode my first horse and drove my first tractor at the age of 4. Did all the usual juvenile stuff (and a few things a bit more ambitious--even if some of them were of dubious legality) until I went to college to study cartography (mapmaking). It quickly became apparent that I had no artistic ability whatsoever, so I switched over to Geology. (This was back when it took a supercomputer to handle GIS. Only grad students had access.) Of course, this was in the thick of Clinton's presidency, and the changing land use regulations quickly meant a glut of unemployed geologists. Realizing how much debt I'd accrued, and that my degree would make a nice placemat if I paid to have it laminated, I dropped out my Junior year and enlisted in the Marine Corps, guaranteed infantry. The intent was originally to go the Mustang route, but I quickly realized that I didn't want to stay for one moment longer than I had to. I did my four honorably, and although we were on the tarmac a couple of times, it was only saber rattling and the flag never went up. I got out, built computers for a bit, got hitched, and moved. Spent a couple years working security at a hospital complex in the inner city. Wrestling with druggies and psych patients on a semi-pro basis was kind of fun, but I wouldn't recommend any of the rest of it. We moved again, and I spent a year or so telling fictional stories and outrageous lies as a tour guide. That's pretty much the end of my work history. I've done a few odd jobs over the last decade, but most of it's been spent staying at home and taking care of our autistic oldest child. We've back where I grew up, but much of the ancestral homestead's been laying fallow for a couple decades now, it'll take a number of years to get it cleared again.

  • Thought I would add in to the conversation, I am now living near the UK capital and work for a housing developer, pretty standard other than that. Had a load of small jobs to get me by while studying my degree. Got engaged this year and saving for a wedding and a second home. I love gaming but haven't always had time for it and its only new to be getting involved online and I can thank titan fall for that as I love that game.

  • I'm a privileged 21 y/o that's a senior in accounting and finance at a large 4 year university. I have a gf I've lived with for almost 3 years and about to start my career and move with her to the inner cities. I like driving my cars and playing RPGs. Your life seems much more interesting than mine. Props for serving.

Besides gaming, I enjoy photography. I have had several studio's (none atm unfortunately) and also give workshops in Bodyscapes, and I arrange special weeks where we go to a cabin in nature with a group of photographers, models and make-up artists.

      • You know....I always loved the smell of ranches. Old man! See it worked ! Anyways, how is it like being back home where you grew up at? You have any animals ? And a marine, awesome! Also any advice you would like to give the youngsters about life or military wise? My life: wake up, shower, eat, play, sleep. Yup ......pretty boring right now lol. How dare you wrestle with those people! You could have hurt your back! xD So you basically know how to build computers from scratch ? :o
