PS4 ONLY
So I just got to level 26 and I'm ready to raid this Tuesday. I was wondering if we can all get a team setup to try the raid asap, those who are 26 of course.
And as a former dedicated WoW player, I know what happens when new raids get released. And that is nobody knowing what the -blam!- to do. Because of this, I am willing to spend all day to do trial and error on the bosses and puzzles (if there are puzzles.)
Also, during the days on sunday and monday, I"m willing to do some level 24 strikes and/or even crucible mathes with those who will participate in the VoG raid to get our synergy up as well. I think that will help us a lot during the raid.
Those who are 26 and participating should add me on PS4, my psn is: Blahcookies
And instead of having each subclass for the raid (that being striker voidwalker gunslinger defender sunsinger bladedancer) I think it is best if we have 2 DEFENDERS 2 SUNSINGERS AND 2 BLADEDANCERS
The bubble from the defenders is really well and imo it's OP. The sunsingers support when they super is really well as it can either reduce the whole teams cooldowns or give everbody a defence buff. And the clearing ability of the bladedancers with their third grenade skill plus their arc blade super is the best in game. Some might argue that the Titan Striker and the Warlock Voidwalker have better clearing abilities with their supers, but why would you want to have those subclasses if they can help the team better by them being a titan defender and a warlock sunsinger right? Sure their super isn't as cool since it doesn't kill a bunch of enemies, but their supers are more effective especially for pve.
Also, I think the bladedancer is the real healing class in the game. Don't be surprised when I say that. Sure there really is no healing class in the game because we all regenerate our health and shields. However, I have been using this method a lot in strikes. For PVE, I turn on the skill Stalker, which allows me to turn invisible by crouching for a couple of seconds. Ii also use the skill shadowjack, which makes the invisibility effect longer. When you're invisible, even at full running speed, the mobs will not attack you whatsoever. All you have to do is not use any skills, which includes double jumping or blinking, melee, shooting, grenades, etc. The bladedancer should take the most caution during any fight to be the last guardian standing, because of this, the bladedancer is able to turn invisible, and run freely reviving everybody else.
So I am a level 26 bladedancer and I am looking for one more hunter, 2 titans, and 2 warlocks to play the raid this tuesday. Those who are 26 and haven't leveled up their defender or sunsinger or bladedancer class I highly suggest doing so unless you guys can argue your point to use one of every subclass. I just think there's no point with how much utility the second subclasses have.
If we don't have a full team of the classes I have suggested, then absolutely no worries. Just being able to play the raid, have fun, and beat it is the priority in mind :)
I am very excited guys! I hope you guys are ready!
If we can't get a full team of level 26's, I fully understand, no worries! :)

PS: And I do apologize for the long post here, I just want to have everybody on board with my thoughts before we make this, so you guys can bounce off mine and share yours as well :)
