Where did Bungieball even originate from, friends?

Things are getting better for me and my perception is changing. For the better or worse I can look forward to the continued change of perception that will not cease until the day I die (you never stop growing). I know I learned that I don't like being depressed. I also don't like stress nor anxiety. Have you ever just lost it and isolated yourself in the laundry room and drowned out music or sounds from other people? This has been happening to me for the past couple of years. I reach a boiling point where I just can't deal with people anymore and I try to find a place where I can be alone. When I'm there, I will just think and think and think and think and think. [spoiler]One recent example of this happening is when I was waiting in the lobby to see a psychiatrist and I had to fill out paper work while other people were also waiting in the room and the TV was on. The paperwork began to feel extremely repetitive and at the same time I was distracted both by the TV and the thought of other people in the room. So I nervously gave the paperwork to my mother to fill out and I went to sit on the other side of the room where I could be alone and stayed looking down at the wall. I was still stressed hearing the TV though so I was lucky when I heard my name called. I felt a lot easier being away from that room. This is something I'm still seeking therapy for because I'd hate to think of what might happen if the anxiety got out of hand.[/spoiler] Luckily then I also learned that I like many things. I learned that I like being myself and doing my own thing, I learned that I like chopping wood, I learned that I like eating fish, I learned that I like watching highly rated movies and seeing what they're about (Ida, Samsara, Pi, It's a Beautiful Day, Forest Gump, Apocalypse Now, Dracula 1931, The Hunchback of Notre Dame 1923), and even that I enjoy the Today's Show and the Oscars. I like experiencing and trying new things. [spoiler]I also like meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. One time I was on a swing at the park and these three Spanish kids playing kick ball. For some reason I felt the sudden urge to jump off the swing and talk to them and ask if I could join in. So they were nice and let me play kick ball with them. I wasn't normally into physical activities but I had a bunch of fun. Afterwards they brought me over to their family and I was offered watermelon and I sat as a welcome guest and listened as they played music. Sadly I couldn't join them at the soccer field because I had to leave with my mother.[/spoiler] I also learned that I tend to think way too much and I can discourage myself from trying things or even that I might find it difficult to focus on things when my mind drifts off elsewhere. I learned that it is always easier if I ask for help and explain myself to someone and have them walk me through something so that I can retain my focus and at the same time I can see how it's done for myself. I learned that I have trouble when I'm on my own and that there are many good people out there who are willing to help you. Now all I need is a job, a girlfriend, and something I'm interested in to go to college for. I trust that everything will straighten itself out. I just got to keep being happy. I'm definitely improving.
