Will the Expansion Comet: Plague of Darkness still be available for Xbox 360 or just the next gen consoles?
-
I doubt it. I think they will be trying to phase out the previous gen consoles since the graphics are held back a bit in order for the game to be played between the old and current gen.
-
I dont see why they wouldn't release it for 360 after all everyone has 360 there still plenty money to be made in there market
-
There's no way they would offer a game then not offer the xpack on 360. However, I would be prepared to not be able to get destiny 2 in a year or two.
-
It's time for the older consoles to go. I loved my 360, and loved a lot of games that I will miss. But the limitation possible for these new consoles exceed the old, and asking developers to find a in between is just shitty
-
Current and past gen, there is no next right now. Of course it will come out for both current and last gen consoles.
-
What is it exactly, would someone mind enlightening me as to what the DLC may entail?
-
It will be available for 360. It's in the Activision contract
-
Change your icon to he eye and then I respect you. Not even doctor...
-
After watching the Bungie cosmodrome ride along it became very clear that content was cut and the destinations made much smaller due to the old gen system limitations. Hopefully Destiny2 is being developed just for ps4/X1.
-
I think it will but I wish they'd wouldn't!
-
God I hope you old gen people get f***ed on this deal. It's time for developers to cut the umbilical cord to last generation. Time to move on...bigger things await you on better systems xD
-
Hoping only for next gen so all my friends and myself will have an incentive to upgrade!
-
I have asked twice when will Destiny be exculsive to Xbox One and PS4. I have yet to hear a answer. So I am planning on moving up to next gen right before Destiny 2.
-
Hope so. No way am I upgrading (or should I say downgrade) to a Shitbox 1 or a crapstation 4
Let the hate begin. And -blam!- you nextgen users hoping games wont come out for oldgen consoles
-
Expansions will probably support legacy hardware because the original does. Let's hope the next game does not. Legacy/shared code does nothing but drag the game down.
-
Who cares. Its like a year away
-
It needs to be current Gen only. 360 and ps3 are both about 10 years old. That is ancient in the tech world. I'm not into the pc culture of always getting the latest upgrades but I realize that upgrading is necessary to have progress. I think console gamers need to become more willing to except shorter life cycles for these machines. I think consoles should only last about 5 or 6 years before it is time to get a new one or they need to make consoles more upgradeable like a pc.
-
I have been hearing rumors it will be sold for $40.00 -blam!- that shit
-
Last rumor I heard was that all of destiny (1) will be supported on old gen consoles. Unknown if they will do next gen only for Destiny 2 and on.
-
They will. It's supposed to be dlc for the first release of the game. There's a distinct possibility that destiny 2 won't be for last gen though.
-
Considering it is just an expansion, then yes. If it were a whole other game, then no, it most likely wouldn't.
-
Behemoths evolve to invade other planets as comets/asteroids...crossover perhaps?
-
Comet will likely be on both, I'm sorry to say but to my displeasure, d2 will likely be current gen only(ps4 Xbox one)
-
According to their contract with Activision, yes. Everything after comet will be 8th gen consoles only.
-
Probably but I bet destiny 2 won't be
-
It may be easier to do that so they could add more, but they would lose a huge amount of money if they did that.
