Why do people always want outlaw on their gun when feeding frenzy is better?
Also why do people constantly jerk off to firefly? The perk is mediocre at best.

Firefly is better than most exotic perks dude. In pve one headshot can get you like 6 kills. What primary without firefly gets 6 kills in one bullet?

Want to know how to test this? Find someone who plays with outlaw/firefly make sure they play on the system you play on, join up and run some roc strikes, let me know how bad you get beat in kills.

This is do to what you said not everyone can pull off precision kills when in the heat along with uncritable enemies. This is especially true in pvp when most kills are from Autorifles. The pressure combine with kick usually results in a kill as opposed to a precision kill. But this whole argument is case by case, because some of us can maintain their cool make there shots count and get more precision kills than not. As for the argument of enemies with not crit spot. Well since handcannons are usually the only gun that brings majors down in a clip or less most other gun are reloading before the kill anyway so that point can be considered moot. For non major tier two enemies it applies case by case again due to skill level and the ability to keep calm. I like outlaw better I usually use hand cannons and scout rifle over half on my kills with both are precision kills. I would love to take the time and remove the uncrittable enemies to see the percentage but that takes more time than I have right now. Firefly is situational and just down right fun in my opinion that is all. Some may prefer zen moment which is a great perk as well and usually will net you more precision shots for less shots missed and faster kills. In my opinion those two are the best perks for primaries gun that I use. All in all it is opinion because the perks usefulness is a reflection of your ability to use them.

Because outlaw is faster... Because firefly can take out mobs of enemies with one hit and stagger enemies near the one you killed.

1 ReplyI have outlaw on my Titan hand cannon, feeding frenzy on my hunter hand cannon. Feeding frenzy is simpler because of only needing a kill, but outlaw reloads much faster AND makes you constantly try to get precision kills which makes you a better shot. I prefer outlaw myself.

17 RepliesSo did you want an honest answer from people? Or did you just want to act like you know everything? You asked why people thought outlaw and firefly are good and they told you? Why argue with them? Maybe some people want the fastest reload speed they can get. Maybe people find it useful to take out handfulls of enemies with one shot, hell I know I do. IMO...you got your answer...this thread can die now.

Firefly can get rid of large groups of annoying, weak enemies like thrall or dregs with just a few well-placed shots. It's just good ammo economy.

I tend to get head shots on most of my kills, so outlaw is better for me. The only weapons I can easily give feeding frenzy to is LMGs and autorifles. Firefly is great for taking out mobs like most hive waves, vandals and the thrall that surround them, and it decimates both goblin classes when they clump

I prefer Outlaw + Gunslinger. Friggin' insta-reload.

4 RepliesBig fan of feeding frenzy. It is slower, sure, but I'd rather have a fast reload on every kill than a really fast reload on some kills. Sometimes you miss the crit. Sometimes you're facing enemies that don't have em. But I'll take what I can get. It's not like I really get to choose perks in this game..

4 RepliesI prefer feeding frenzy on the LMG's but I much prefer outlaw on handcannons or scout rifles. Reason being is because it's faster and trains you to get better at headshots. But that's my opinion :).

I prefer mida... So I don't really care. Besides, (for scouts anyways) I would rather have field scout and firefly. Firefly for bonus damage and field scout for @#$% reloading.

Kids points are only valid against stuff you can't deal precision damage too. You know, shanks, minotaurs and not much else. Other than that, precision damage on its own tends to be a couple times more powerful on the target than non precision damage, why not make perks that actually encourage people to aim for the head? Not as if this game has much in the way of recoil anyway.

10 RepliesI don't see satire tag. Confused.... Outlaw is faster than firefly when reloading. And firefly is the best pve perk hands down. I would not be upset if they nerfed firefly. That's how good it is.
