I have to say a new Halo game announcment would win over all the other games, and I am a fan of Resident Evil, Gears of WAr, Fallout, and the other games they are announcing, but I'd choose Halo over anything else.

There is a Kotaku story on the front page about why Microsoft pulled the announcement. It makes me forgive them a little bit more because they felt that they could give the game more justice by announcing it at a more dedicated event. Hmmm... Perhaps X08. That seems too far though.
