Mida Multi Tool worth leveling up?
So I finally got the Mida from this weeks Nightfall. I'm actually excited to finally check it out. It has good all around stats with insane reload, but I don't know if I see myself replacing VoC or Fang with this. Can anyone tell me if its worth an Exotic slot and what's so good about it?
Edit 1: Thanks for all the replies, looks like I will be lots of bounties. I feel like noob again lol. Funny how from day 1 I have not seen many people run with it cause of Suros, Ice Breaker and GHorn but I am very curious about the stagger power and quickness.
Edit 2: apparently Radiant Machines and Mida are an awesome combo. I am now on a mission! Thanks for all the replies!
Edit 3: I know people mentioned STAGGER POWER but holy shit Batman! Almost every round staggers any enemy! Range sucks compared to other Scout rifles but I definitely like the Mida. Thanks guys I will continue upgrading

2 RepliesWithout a doubt! Excellent all around gun. Great to have that slight boost to speed. After a while, you will notice all the others using one, because of the distinctive sound.

Just built a hunter. Can't wait to use my Mida on this character. With radiant dance machines. OMG.

Mida is actually really good, especially for speedy Hunters. The exotic perk doubles your movement speed. It's great for getting through the Abyss maze.

3 RepliesSet any character up for agility, equip this when you have the speed and +2 agility abilities unlocked. Outrun thrall even under 10 weight of darkness.

3 RepliesNo i have one but I don't see why people love it. Suros has also the +2 agi perk. Unless you don't have a suros, hawkmoon, vex, bad juju. Go for it but all these weapons wipe there ass with the mida.

Multi tool is Magical Gun. Titan becomes Hunter. Great Ability up!

The first thing I loved about the Mida was fast reload because I reload all the time. With the Mida it was almost as if I didn't reload!

Ya the gun actually causes a 33.33 repeating percent debuff to all enemies in which u shoot directly at into their precision damage area

Couple this gun with dance machine boots. You basically sprint while ads.

If you're a swordbearer then yes, if not I'd say any vendor legendary scout rifle is on par if not better than it.

My goto gun has always been the Voc. Lately I've been playing a lot with the MIDA. It's fast, hits like a hammer and recoils like a BB gun.

The rof, impact and magazine size are all pretty good. The latter even without using field scout. This thing was made for hunters. Mix it with some of the hunter speed/gunslinger perks and you can get some insane movement/reload speeds. All in all there are better primaries and/or exotics, but this a solid and fun rifle.

Every exotic is worth leveling up in my opinion. The mida is a great scout rifle I had alot of fun playing around with it. As of right now I'm leveling my universal remote and am having so much fun sliding and shotgunning dregs and vandals and all those trash mobs.

Its amazing, one of the best weapons in pvp. In pve its waaayy better than VoC with the exception of solar burn nightfalls. Mida does more damage per shot and fires a lot faster than VoC. Its probably on par if not slightly better than fang in pve. Fang has no worthwhile perks for pve, again other than arc. But I'd use the sat rapier over both.

Yup, one of my favorite exotics. Probably my favorite or second favorite primary exotic and I have em all.
