Why does psn get all the nice benefits?
I know that my favorite gaming company was butt-hurt over their loss with the Microsoft company, but come on? Bungie shouldn't care more for psn fans. Their entire company started on xbox but yet psn gets treated better?? Come on.. Its crap that they get the better benefits. Bungie doesn't have to lie and say "oh we'll bring all this to xbox consoles," when they won't. I'm not mad, just annoyed they're getting treated better. I know others agree.

It's simple. Sony paid Bungie more for more content. It always comes down to money.

1 ReplyWhat benefits do we get? A useless but cool looking trophy, a pretty hand cannon, and 2 boring stupid strikes? You could say the same for Xbox, can't you? Why does Xbox get Halo? Why does Xbox get Cod dlc first? Why does Xbox get Titanfall? Compared to two guns and two trash strikes you will never play on a game that, after hitting max level, you will probably drop, Xbox has it pretty damn good in my opinion.

1 ReplyTimed exclusives are bullshit, like there ain't enough to divide gamers, the difference in ps4 and xbox one are puny, the only reason I went with xb1 was for halo and that I previously had a 360, not because of the way the console works or for graphics, but I totally agree that bungie should not have turned there backs on halo fans, it feels more like betrayal than anything

Besides, if anything points to the greed of a developer it's denying content unless an additional price is paid. I don't blaim Sony for doing it for their customers. I blaim Bungie and Activision for making it necessary. Exclusive skins, armour or weapons is nothing new to gaming. But withholding playable content like missions and strikes just seems spiteful.

I don't care how much money Sony threw at Bungie/Activision. To all of us on xbox it feels like we were given the middle finger and told to "deal with it." It feels disrespectful to the consumers not on the console that payed the devs/publisher off.

They were around for years before going to MS. If anything Apple made them( Marathon Series), windows 98 games helped fund them, then Xbox part of MS hyped them up. Point of the post though, Sony paid for the content, MS did not. Not bungies fault.
