Why does psn get all the nice benefits?
I know that my favorite gaming company was butt-hurt over their loss with the Microsoft company, but come on? Bungie shouldn't care more for psn fans. Their entire company started on xbox but yet psn gets treated better?? Come on.. Its crap that they get the better benefits. Bungie doesn't have to lie and say "oh we'll bring all this to xbox consoles," when they won't. I'm not mad, just annoyed they're getting treated better. I know others agree.

2 RepliesDo you honestly not understand the concept of an exclusivity contract? There is absolutely no vagueness to the situation, no secret or mystery... For the first time in maybe ever (at least for a game I care about) Sony managed to drop the cash for bonuses over Microsoft. They paid for it, they get it. Done deal. Don't expect it to continue in the sequel, unless Sony doubles their destiny 1 exclusivity investment. It made all the sense in the world to make a deal with Sony for round one... Considering the rather large devoted Sony community that had to be won over for the first time by a bungie project. Note that that's done and dusted very successfully, the incentive (beyond the obvious cash) will be greatly lessened, so either they'll let a bidding war ensure for sequel deals, let both platforms pay for console vs. Console exclusives, or close down the exclusive shop. (unless Sony dropped Waaaaay more coin than we currently suspect in order to lock down a deal spanking the franchise, but that's a risky investment on bungies part so early on so that doesn't seem likely) so there are the possible futures.

Money. Sony walked into the room with more money than Microsoft did. Be thankful destiny is not console exclusive. And don't listen to fanboys from either side because you will only find biased arguments. For example: my console is better because... And I don't feel like giving the reasons because I'm sure yet can e read below.

As a brainer and ps4 player let me tell you something: There is a reason which is money. Aside from money it's just bungie trying to say that ps4 is better.and for a good reason. The extra strikes are really fun,and it's good to have a good variety. When it comes to weapons however there are some things you need to know: Hawkmoon:the best exotic after ghorn,it's has the impact of a sniper,largest magazine size and great range and stability.it also some times one shot kill in pvp.its literally a beast and I'm glad I own one. The 4th horseman: dragons breath twin brother. Pretty look but nothing else.its like invective but way worse.its either you have poor stability or poor range and its range is and reload speed are underwhelming(longest reload among all shotguns and 5 range out of 100) which makes it a waste.its perks are really good when they does work. Monte Carlo:an auto rifle with low magazine size and great stability and rate of fire and nice range also,but it's exotic perk is barely useful as you aren't using you Melee attack as much as you use your grenades.its good for throwing knife so you can get them more quickly but aside from that nothing special. So in conclusion the hawkmoon is the only the thing you guys are really missing.

Bungie deliberately screwing sony over because they are secretly still Microsoft employees Terrible strikes, terrible weapons (except hawkmoon). Trust me , you Xbox folks are not missing out on anything.

Can't tell if bait, or if you're just new and don't know any better. First off: Bungie started out making games for Mac. Look how that's going for that fanbase. Secondly: Those of us on Xbox will get content soon enough, likely this fall. Don't get all mad at Bungie, the exclusive deals were made at the will of Activision, and made as crazy as they are because Sony ponied up when the deal was made, hoping to win more people over to PS4 as new consoles launched. Judging by some posts to the forums over the past two years, this marketing ploy has worked, both making people jump ship and unnecessarily riling up Xbox gamers.
