What's the hardest thing you've done in destiny?
Hardest thing I've ever done was VOG gatekeeper on hard.... It's easy now but first time it was the most annoying thing I've ever done!

My group of six (whome consisred of my group of bros here in Oklahoma that ive known and played with for years.) made it to the templar after about 2 hours. Didn't beat him.. day 2. Made it to gatekeepers and made several attempts in about a 2 1/2 hour span and decided to call it quits . Day 3 made it to atheon first try (thank Jesus as we were all getting tired of hobgoblin majors. Raid groups hadn't learned yet that the gate keeper death removed adds, or atleast ours didnt). Then proceeded to try and kill him for an hour and a half no luck. Day 4 we downed atheon in about 30 minutes. We walked in as a mixture of 25s and 26s. We walked out 4 days later all 28s. Each day we all did our bounties and made sure we were one level higher in order to make it as easy as possible. Those were my favorite days of destiny. I really felt like those were some great feats and accomplishments and I hope bungie continues to provide more!

Finish the story. It was so slow and seemingly random that it was a chore to get through it. It's hard to stay interested in a story when you have no idea why you are doing what you are doing, why it matters, and if they correlate with other parts of the story. Destiny was the first game where i beat the story mode, and [b][u]didn't know that I beat the story mode [/u][/b]

I'm more of a PvP'er but decided a short time ago that I needed to spend more time on PvE. With barely double digit strikes under my belt I decided to lead a buddy, lvl 18, through the lvl 20 strike. 'Winter's Run'. It got hard when our 3rd from Matchmaking turned out to be another lvl 18. These guys could do NO damage! (honestly I felt kind of bad) Oddly enough it took us nearly an hour because I was reviving the other two every few seconds. haha I felt great helping them both complete it without just doing EVERYTHING myself. I suppose I could have just let them keep dying/re-spawning on their own, and focus on finishing it myself... but I had the time and they stuck with it. Difficult but rewarding experience.

My first visit to the Summoning Pits was a nightmare. My first time against the Archon Priest was so frustrating that I teabagged his dead body after we killed him. Those days are long behind me now.

Crucible part of the thorn bounty. It would not be near as hard now, but I got the bounty really early in the game - end of September/early October - prior to Atheon's epilogue. Finished that stage with a rare void sniper rifle and an uncommon void heavy machine gun. When I see people complain about it now...SMH.
