Is kicking a person with no mic a jerk move
Me and friends were running cortas end and we got a level 30 but he had no mic, was still using a uncommon lmg (didnt change it, had no idea what he was doing and we couldnt tell him so we had to kick him, my friend felt it was a jerk move but i am not sure because he was weighing us down badly

Depends on the activity and how you do the bootong. For a raid yes you need a mic. If they don't have one you can boot and then just send a message and say sorry you need a mic to join us. For anything else I'd say a mic is not required. Just this past Tuesday o went on here and found a guy looking to do nightfall but his post said he had no mic. I added him and went through the whole thing no problem at all.
