This just started happening to me last night. Got kicked to orbit a few minutes before finishing the Weekly Heroic on 30. And then it was install update and then the Wasp error every time, so I cannot even finish the update and play. It has been over 24 hours like this. I tried your suggestions and nothing worked. I do not get it. So frustrated and the thing of it is we will not get compensated for the missed opportunities like the strange coins for the Weekly Heroic, missing out on Xur, etc. I've put up with getting kicked to orbit all these months but this issue really really blows.
