Hand Cannon nerf & Pulse Rifle buff
How greatly do you guys think this will effect PvP?
Do you think it's a necessary nerf?
What about Pulse Rifles? Looks like they'll be ridiculous now. I'm buying and leveling up Three Little Words in preparation.

If they're OP then get it and use it! Stop bitching before we all have just 1 gun to use in PvP and that's it, cause that way it's fair right!
