Digital Upgrade Issue
I recently purchased Destiny Digital Guardian Edition for PS3, but due to the inability to cross platform between PS3 and PS4 I decided to take advantage of the free digital upgrade. I went out and purchased a new PS4 today specifically to play Destiny. However, when I go to the Playstation store it is requiring me to pay for the software again. The instructions online don't offer any way to fix this.

6 RepliesUpdate, Bungie has still not elected to respond or contact me in any manner on this site or in any of the several other ways I've reached out to them. They are apparently unconcerned about false promises or advertising. I spoke with Sony and they informed me that despite the fact that the main webpage maintained that the Digital Guardian Edition promotion continued up through yesterday (they amended it between last night and this afternoon to include only the expansion pass and expansion 1) the promotion apparently expired weeks ago on the 15th as far as PS is concerned. Additionally, it still continues to display that the Digital Guardian Edition promotion is active elsewhere on the site, as here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122
