Why not make the bow able to overpenetrate and annihilate multiple regular or low level elite targets? And also add a concussing effect ability upgrade, maybe called Ballista or something, and use it for high level elite enemies or bosses that will make them confused and disoriented, and potentially make them stop attacking or damage/kill friendly units for around 10-12 seconds instead of just making them stagger. But the catch would be only if you hit the elite target first, instead of over penetrating regulars first and then hitting the elite, would the concuss go in effect. Would be great for when you have a huge amount of enemies in a train behind you and you just wanna get rid of them
