Guys! A user here ( named c1trusfru1t ) gave a suggestion of using a personal hotspot (like on a cell phone) to download the update. I tried it and It works! Those having the issue should know this suggestion.

Anyone having troubles with a WiFi connection should try wired connection. Trying via cell phone is poor advice

None of them work "all " the time. None of the so called" trouble shooting "fixes work "all" the time. Haven't been able to play for the past 2 days and it's happened once every three weeks so far.
