What makes you insta boot people from LFG Raids?
I've done a great deal of LFG raids and can tolerate most people but a couple things really grind my gears.
1. People that chew with their mouth open/smack their lips
2. Mouth breathers.
3. People that show up for a Hard raid with guns that are not even slightly leveled, as in Rare or VoG weapons.
4. People that use the Kinect as a mic.
5. People that ask "how long is this going to take?".
That's my top 5 reasons for insta booting people from LFG raid groups.
What makes you go for "boot from fireteam" instantly?

5 RepliesGuy the other night "sure I've done Atheon hard before". Teleports, runs off shooting at nothing, dies. Suffers complaints. On inspection had blue scout, blue helmet, Plan C he just got and was hoping to level it up in VoG (d'oh!) and unlevelled RL. To be fair the group was fairly good about it, gave him a couple of chances after he admitted he lied but we had to boot him when it became obvious he couldn't damage anything. Told him to post in the recruitment forums as he now had the checkpoint, and to be honest this time as there are actually some people on here who don't mind helping noobs.

I only breath through my mouth when I don't have something in it or when my nose is clogged up. Last week I cracked my nose and had nails/staples to keep the middle part attached to the bottom/top of my nose canal. Of course, I was a "mouth breather" and was kicked out for being annoying by two fireteams until this cool fire team leader accepted my situation. Then I won a chess game against my teacher! (Check out my other post :D)

1 ReplyI don't boot from fire team cus I don't cry about things like that. If they are good then it's okay but the one time I kicked someone was because he joins the party out of nowhere and starts acting like a moron and kept talking trash so we booted him.

6 RepliesHey, VoG weapons aren't bad. I still use them sometimes and if you don't have a Vision of Confluence for a VoG raid then don't even bother. Oracle disruptor is super helpful in VoG.

I boot people when I look back and see a guy running into a wall in the spawn room . This is not a strike so if you are going to be that way I'll boot you before loot drops.

My favorite is the guy eating chips for days right in the mic asking someone else to turn their music down. I also hate people playing music in game.

Blasting rap music, or beat boxing/-blam!- out loud. It's like come on man you sound like shit, knock it off. I don't want to be forced to listen to your music either.

At least when you start again you don't have to wipe (and lose heavy ammo...used too) and it sometimes resets the server especially if you and laggy Crota have been biffin on for hours!!! Honestly Booting and being Booted is not nice... actually sometimes it's a bit humiliating when you have no idea why.... Here's a few examples of being booted (found out from others on the team afterwards as to why) My name 'lozza'. Jerk though i was a girl... WTF really... Ignorant A$$. Don't even start me on this sexist sh!t... I'll go off like a vomiting dog!! I helped carry 5 people thru 2 raids, then swapped to my Hunter for the 3rd run.... At the time he was Lv 28. Team told me that i was too low, i said i've already helped everyone today so you can help me now..... got booted.... wow...thanks a lot Raid team leader got D/C Jerk that got promoted thought it would be funny to boot people last minute... Booted based on weapons equipped at the time (ever heard of levelling up jerk?) I have plenty more stories ... Just not enough time....
