What is your definition of "more often", Bungie?
Because if it's "never", that makes total sense when I'm using Ruin Wings. Spent about twenty minutes just running around shooting enemies, not one heavy ammo pack dropped.
Not. One.
Ruin Wings might need looking at.

Iunno, the RNG with those things is just screwy as hell. Sometimes the floor will turn purple with ammo, other times nothing. Overall, I like the Ruin Wings right now, they're not so good as to make heavies into primaries, but even the increased ammo in drops is a nice little passive boost.
