I've played this game many many times, and I noticed something when I was doing some patrol missions on the cosmodrome. I'm just fooling around trying to get some bounties and my headset was full blast, the dregs were mumbling incoherent words as I was on a killing spree, but then randomly I heard speaking. Like what the actual hell. I started listening and every time I would pass by or run by I heard the dregs incoherent words turn into actual broken sentences. "Look, guardian" "There she is!" "Get her!" Are the ones I could clearly pick out. But...idk
