I have completely wiped destiny and the expansion pack off the one hard drive, restarted the xbox and downloaded destiny again and still getting the error code toad. This is ridiculous and needs to be fix asap. People how keep getting this error should be givin something for putting all this time into your game and you guys not fixing the major issues in a timely manner makes for rough times down the road when you want people to buy add ons and new games...
