The drop rates are really high for those. In my experience.

Not in my experience unfortunately, still haven't got it.

I guess we are all just minions on the eyes of RNG. I still don't have Black Hammer, but I have all CE raid primaries and a couple of them are just sitting at the postmaster as they are duplicates.
