I dismantled both my Song of Ir Yuts to hit 32. First one was untouched, second was fully upgraded Still hurts a little bit since realizing I only had to dismantle my fully upgraded one to get the mats I needed :( .

Black hammer seems to be the harder of the two to get, if you really want to dismantle one go with the AR. But honestly why not just wait until the reset tomorrow and grab the first chest and drop, you can be 32 by the bridge guaranteed.
