Why do the guardians disturb and kill the Cabal? What have they done to us? We have pretty much invaded their world and killed many of there soldiers for no reason. We could have teamed up on them to destroy the vex who invaded mars. And if you think about it, the Cabal have never left Mars to cause ruckus on other planets unlike hive fallen and vex.
