Wrong. it is "handed to" random players. It's different for different people . My level 28 friend with under 100 hours played got his 2 days ago. The gally being his only exotic so far, and he still has a blue primary... I have 450+ hours and no gally. I have a friend on my list with about 900 hours and no gally. I've done 30+ vog. 30+ Crota. 30+ nightfalls. This proves that it can be handed to you ( it's pure luck) there's no real way besides being lucky

Not really so when you get PROBABLY WELL DOING ONE OF THESE THINGS YOUR GOING TO SAY LUCK. yes that is true because I did the raid with my hunter & got a chest. If I do the raid with my warlock 10 times I will get no chest it is random but some characters just have a better chance because I've gotten a lot of shit with hunter but warlock is weak
