How do stoners get anything done?
The last three raid groups I've been in have been hellish. Every five minutes there's another five minute smoke break. How do you people have time to eat, go outside, jerk off, etc.?

Stay in school. Dem was jokes. Weed is cool and way better than alcohol but anything you do to excess is not good. Someone else said it already but the people you're talking about probably smoke cigarettes. I don't know anyone who would stop playing to hit some hweed. It doesn't take any time at all compared to smoking a whole cigarette. I know a guy with a broken cell phone car mount attached to his controller that he turned into a massive roach clip so he could keep playing battlefield 4 and smoke at the same time. Hands free yo. Hands free.

I turn my sensitivity up to 10 and just snipe people at a crazy degree of reaction timing. My roommate and I have taken to beating the crap out of each other in smash 1v1s while both under the influence, it feels like tournament level sparring to the extreme. After I've planned a few expressions and know how I'd like to code something up, smoking helps me just hammer out all the grunt work. Not to be too stereotypical, but when I was younger and straight edge all my art/design concepts came from my dreams. Id often struggle to emulate the idea as the dream would get increasingly cloudier when awake and working. Now in addition to this I can smoke with a group of foreword thinkers and concept crazy depth into ideas that generally end up being executed pretty accurately. [i]That said I'm certainly not high all the time. Due to its lack of legality I can't bring myself to show up intoxicated to class or my job. I also treasure my fingers so I stay very very clean before going into the metal/wood shop. Aside from the "utility" of smoking, I do it for my health issues, it keeps my Crohn's in check alongside an anti-inflammatory I take. So when I'm not smoking which, by the way I certainly don't do every 10 minutes (there's something severely wrong with the tolerance of someone who is, and they need a long break), I'm functioning just like you, but probably better, because my head is clear and I can simply execute. I'm also one of those perfectionist/hyper craft/detail driven designers/sculptors, so believe you me, being a stoner does not effect your ability to excel at general human endeavors.[/i]

It gets a bit 'annoying' when you're whole team sits down during raid to roll when you're the only none smoker but I can't complain about the way they play. Overall they're all really good and the raids go smoothly and fast. Once In a while there's Always that one person who has been smoking a little too much but okay, it's nothing to start a rage over.

i excel plenty at life and raid i have all 32's golf in the 70's and have a 6 figure a year job which im at now i think its person to person most people function just fine its the kids and other young peeps who cant get it right so maybe you just have bad luck at finding teams mine does very well and we all smoke

They'd be less usefully if they weren't high if it's marajuana. After a certain point the brain becomes dependent on the substance to function correctly.

It's not a every 5 min thing if so someone's dealer is selling them straight garbage. Plus I personally can smoke and play the game with ease and I actually enjoy Destiny more when I'm high. It allows me to see the more subtle touches

55 RepliesThey don't. They suck. Anytime I raid with a stoner/pothead (always ends up being an American) they fail at the raid. If you want to get a raid done quickly then find a random group of people from the U.K. In my experience raiding with people from the U.K are not stoners and excel in the raids.

2 RepliesIt allows me to Hyper Guantlet 9 raids in a row without wanting to choke out a random every now and then. Plus I mute myself unless im teaching then its Led Zeppelin and Genesis and mostly bullet points.

I don't smoke much anymore, only once in a blue moon. Two members of my team are still everyday smokers. They both get shit done, they listen well and actually get in a zone at times. I always know because they will get real quiet in the party just following directions, and being a former heavy smoker I know what that zone is like, it is crazy tunnel vision focus on completing your task. Then again they are adults, not children bragging about how much they smoke, or being a stereotypical idiot stoner clown. They are smart laid back mellow dudes who just so happen to smoke weed. Moral of the story, there is always exceptions to the rule. All people are different and where generalizations do exist for a reason always remember the next person could be different give them a chance to show you.

1 ReplySometimes we multitask. Ever jacked off while smoking a joint? I like to see if I can finish before the joint. Also have you ever smoked before a big meal? Imagine sitting in a restaurant and you order your food, then you go outside real quick and smoke a bowl. Then you come back inside and bam your food is there. That's like getting a lap dance from '07 jessica alba and then her blowing you for no extra charge. Weed is love weed is life. (Also the medicinal benefits of this plant and all the extracted cannabinoids are extraordinary)

yeah, I got into a hard crota raid with some dudes. They were 32s and I was a 30. I was doing fine, and they kept -blam!-ing up and taking smoke breaks. "I'll do much better after this rip".... yeeeeah maybe you keep dying cause you're blitzed dude.

Therefore based on your post I can tell you teamed up with a bunch of noobs who are too young to smoke inside their house. I just take a fat dab then I'm set for the raid.
