These seem like fine suggestions the only thing that really matters to me is making the weapons more equitable and fun to use. I play games like Destiny because I like to shoot virtual bad guys with guns raids, strikes, blah blah blah, they are just a vehicle for me to indulge my desire to kill space bad guys if the guns suck or I have to use the same guns all the time because most of them suck or if upgrading and finding the guns is extraordinarily tedious then the game sucks
